Quality Control
Quality Is a System, Not a Claim
Cable is one of the few products where a hidden material substitution only shows up years later — usually as a failure. Our answer is to buy from a mill that can prove its process, and to document every order from specification approval through to loading.

In-House Testing Laboratory
The manufacturing facility operates a complete set of inspection instruments, so testing does not depend on an outside laboratory for routine checks. Standard tests performed on production include:
- Conductor resistance and dimensional measurement
- Insulation and sheath thickness inspection
- High-voltage withstand and insulation resistance tests
- Tensile strength and elongation of insulation and sheath
- Flame retardance and, where specified, fire-resistance testing
- Ageing tests on insulation and jacket compounds

Production Equipment & Process Control
The mill runs drawing, stranding, insulation, screening, armouring and sheathing in-house, which means the critical stages of a cable are made under one quality system rather than assembled from bought-in parts.
Process parameters are recorded per production batch, and the batch number appears on the drum label. If an issue surfaces after delivery, we can trace it back to a specific production run instead of guessing.
- Batch traceability from drum label back to production records
- Documented process parameters per production run
- Sample retention for post-shipment reference
Certifications & Approvals
Documentation available with shipments, depending on the product range ordered.
Quality Management
Quality management system certification covering the production of wire and cable.
Environmental Management
Environmental management system certification for manufacturing operations.
Occupational Health & Safety
Occupational health and safety management system certification.
Underwriters Laboratories
Several product types are listed by UL for the United States market.
China Compulsory Certification
Mandatory Chinese product certification for the relevant cable categories.
Canadian Standards
Canadian-market constructions available to CSA C22.2 requirements.
Third-Party Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek arranged on request.
Laboratory Reports
Type-test and routine-test reports supplied with the shipment where applicable.
From Inquiry to Container
Six control points where quality is either protected or lost.
Specification Approval
We issue a technical datasheet stating conductor, insulation, armour, sheath, standard, marking and packing. Production only starts after you approve it in writing.
Pre-Production Sample
For new constructions or first orders, a sample length can be produced and shipped for your physical approval before the full run.
In-Process Inspection
Conductor size, insulation thickness and concentricity are checked during production, not only at the end of the line.
Routine Testing
Every production batch undergoes conductor resistance, insulation resistance and high-voltage withstand testing before packing.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Quantity, length marking, drum labelling, marking on the cable surface and packing are verified before the container is sealed. Third-party inspection can be arranged at this stage.
Documentation Handover
Test reports, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and certification copies are issued together so that your customs clearance and site acceptance are not delayed.
